Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Eleutheria, including the assessment, Eli, the course library, the journal, the calendar, and every related feature (together, the "Service"), operated by Eleutheria ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, completing the assessment, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Eleutheria
Eleutheria is built for adults building a business, a career, or a life stage that benefits from the paid curriculum and Eli's coaching. A student-safety track exists separately for minors and is gated behind a parent or guardian consent process; a minor may only use that track, and only after a parent or guardian has completed consent. Providing false information about your age or identity is a violation of these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@geteleutheria.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Subscription and billing
Eleutheria's core Service is offered as a monthly subscription, currently $147 per month, billed automatically to the payment method on file until you cancel. Prices may change on a going-forward basis; we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of a price change before it takes effect on their next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing, but does not refund any amount already charged; your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for full detail.
4. The Eli and AI-generated content
Eli, the Eleutheria strategist, is an artificial intelligence system. It is designed to give specific, practical coaching drawn from Eleutheria's curriculum and from what you tell it about your situation, but it is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, physician, therapist, or other professional, and nothing Eli or any part of the Service says is a substitute for advice from one. You are solely responsible for decisions you make in your business, finances, health, or relationships, including decisions influenced by the Service. Use professional judgment, and seek a qualified professional for anything that calls for one.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another student's data or account; attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute the curriculum, the knowledge base, or Eli's output as a competing product; interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; or misrepresent your identity, age, or eligibility for the student-safety track.
6. Intellectual property
The curriculum, frameworks, knowledge base, course content, and the Eleutheria name and marks are the property of Eleutheria and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own purposes while your subscription is active. It does not give you any ownership interest in the content, and it does not permit republishing, teaching, or reselling the material to others.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these Terms, misuses the Service, or engages in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to Eleutheria, other students, or the integrity of the Service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleutheria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including outcomes in your business, health, or relationships that result from decisions you make. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
